The Multimedia Classroom Support team supports the University’s needs for presentation media equipment by maintaining, scheduling, and circulating equipment to all segments of the campus. Traditional Audio / Video equipment, as well as portable multimedia equipment, is available for delivery to classrooms as well as on-campus offices. Instructional assistance in the proper use of the equipment is available upon request.

Classroom Software Install Request

Used to request software installation on a computer in a multi-media classroom.

Classroom Technology Training

1:1 or group training in a general purpose classroom on how to use the classroom technology (PC, projector, document camera, etc.) for teaching. Instruction will also include how to use the document camera while teaching your hybrid class in Zoom.

Public Address System Equipment Checkout

Request to check out Public Address System equipment. ITS will deliver and set up the equipment for the event and will come pick up the equipment after the event is over.
