Report an Administrative Process Concern

What is it?

The APIC welcomes all concerns representative of systematic processes and procedures. All submissions will be reviewed and considered by the committee, which typically meets monthly during the academic year. If a contact email is provided, you will receive a response to your concern. Please note that academic policy matters directly related to instruction or research should be directed to the Office of Academic Affairs or the Faculty Senate. Please be mindful that information submitted could be subject to public records requests.

Who is eligible?

LSU A&M Faculty, Staff, Graduate Assistants, and Student Employees. 

How do I get it?

Click the "Request Service" button on this page and complete the form as thoroughly as possible. The request will route to the Administrative Process Improvement Committee for review and processing, and you will receive a response via email once processed.
