Faculty/Staff Moodle Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting and questions relating to all things Moodle including Kaltura, Panopto, Turnitin, VoiceThread, gradebook, quizzes, settings, and other activities and resources.

Moodle New Feature Request

Requesting a feature related to Moodle. This can encompass enhancements to existing features, new custom Moodle development, plug-ins, external tools (LTI), or other academic technology suggestions. Note that new features are typically added to Moodle during our scheduled upgrade periods, often annually. For assistance sooner, please submit a ticket to the Faculty/Staff Moodle Troubleshooting service.

Moodle Template Request

Provides a standardized, accessible Moodle course template designed for online and blended teaching. The template includes a quick-start guide for template usage, pedagogical best practices, and built-in accessibility features. Developed and annually updated by LSU Online & Continuing Education's Design and Development team. Template requests are fulfilled by the Faculty Technology Center within 2-3 business days and delivered as a Blueprint Course.
