This form is to request a review of a student's residency status. To make a change in residency status a student must meet the requirements outlined in PM-31.The basic requirements of PM-31 are outlined below but do not encompass the entirety of LSU residency regulations. Please read the entire document before making a request. LSU does not have the ability to supersede or make exceptions to PM-31.All residency appeals require documentation to be able to move forward.
