What is it?
A Microsoft Teams Rooms account license is an Official LSU account that is designed to use Microsoft Teams software and a certified hardware device to transform any room into a collaborative meeting space. It is designed to deliver a consistent, inclusive, and easy-to-use experience for participants in the room and online. This account can be used for both TEAMS and ZOOM meetings.
Who is eligible?
This license is available to All LSU departments who wish to have a dedicated TEAMS ROOM account in a dedicated conference room. Request should come from Department TSP.

How to Purchase Certified Hardware?
The ITS Computer Store offers a TEAMS certified device that will be supported by ITS. The device is required if a TEAMS Room license is purchased. The device can be purchased here: TEAMS Certified Device - ITS Computer Store.
