What is it?
The ODSA works closely with multiple stakeholder groups, including administrators, faculty, staff, and external organizations, to understand institutional data and make it accessible and useful. Through workshops, consultation, data acquisition, and collaborative projects, ODSA aim to help these stakeholders understand how to harness the power of data effectively for their specific needs.
If you're seeking to acquire institutional data, need analytic support, decision-making insights, or consultation, please complete the request form.
Data will only be provided in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and any other institutional policies. Not all requests will meet these criteria.
If you are requesting individual-level student data, you must fill in the Office of the University Registrar's Ad Hoc Query Request Form instead. If you are requesting summary-level (aggregate) data, then please continue with this form.

- Acquisition of Institutional Data: Whether you need enrollment statistics, financial data, or other institutional metrics.

- Decision Support: Utilizing data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.

What Happens After You Submit a Request:
- Evaluation: Once we receive your request, it will be evaluated based on current workload, scope, and alignment with institutional priorities.
- Initial Contact: A representative from ODSA office will reach out to you via email to schedule a follow-up meeting. During this meeting, we'll discuss the details and specifications of your request.
- Notification: After the evaluation and consultation, you'll receive an email notification confirming whether the request can be accommodated by our office. If we are able to process your request, we will also provide you with a timeline for the expected timeframe to complete your request.
