Who is eligible?

Department or secondary account owner only.

How do I get it?

The department or secondary account owner can reset the password in the myLSU Portal by following these directions or by clicking "Request Service". If you still need help resetting the password, please contact the ITS Service Desk directly at 225-578-3375.
