What is it?
The Print Desk offers high-quality large format poster printing with unlimited length and a maximum width of 36 inches.
The Print Desk operates three poster printers. A 36" × 36" poster takes a minimum of 15 minutes to print. Completion time may vary based on daily volume, and walk-up requests are prioritized. Please plan accordingly.
This service catalog request may be used to upload poster files in advance or to submit posters paid with a budget code. Posters paid with a TigerCard will not be printed until payment is completed in person at the Print Desk.
Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of the original print job and are issued as print credit only.
Who is eligible?
Students, faculty, staff, and the public with an active TigerCard or a valid budget code.
How do I get it?
TigerCard Payment
Visit the Print Desk on the 1st floor of the LSU Library (Room 141) to submit your poster and complete payment in person. You may also use the submit poster order form to upload your poster file in advance; however, posters paid with a TigerCard will not be printed until payment is completed at the Print Desk.
You must be the owner of the TigerCard used for payment. A TigerCard owner may also pay for another student’s poster if the TigerCard owner is present and consents to the purchase.
Budget Code Payment
Click the Submit Poster Order button on this page to upload your poster file and submit your budget code. GR codes are not accepted by the Print Desk. Posters paid with a budget code may be printed in advance and held for pickup. You will receive an email notification when your poster is ready with a generated PDF invoice attached to your ticket.
