HRIS Data Request

What is it?

The HRIS Data Request form should be utilized for data requests that span multiple units, departments, colleges, etc.

Data must not be requested for the use of contacting employees regarding events, opportunities, surveys, etc. Please contact the LSU Office of Marketing & Communications and/or use other formalized communication methods.

Public Record Requests must be made through the Office of General Counsel.
Requests for student data must be made through the Office of the University Registrar.
Requests for summary level (aggregate) data, must be made through the Office of Data and Strategic Analytics if not already available on their website.

Requests for your college or unit specific data, should be made through your HR Analyst. To identify your HR Analyst, please search and select the My HR Contact for Employees report in Workday.

Who is eligible?

Only faculty and staff are permitted to request data from the Office of Human Resource Management. Students and Graduate Assistants are not permitted to request data through the Office of Human Resource Management.

HRIS Data Requests will be reviewed and executed by LSUAM HRIS Staff. Requestors will be contacted via TDX with any questions. Finalized raw data will be sent to the requestor’s email address via Files To Geaux link (link accessible for 30 days from delivery).
