Overview
Early in each semester or summer term, there is a deadline for submitting the “Doctorate's Application for Degree UPDATE” to the Graduate School. If circumstances prevent graduation, a “Doctorate's Application for Degree UPDATE” form must be submitted to the Graduate School by the designated application for degree deadline for the next semester in which the student plans to graduate.

Prerequisites for Form Submission
All required fields need to be filled out in order for the form to be accepted.
