What is it?
We have a limited number of branded event materials available to borrow or rent for on- and off-campus events including:
Step and Repeat Backdrop (no fee)
A large purple backdrop with the LSU logo in gold repeated across the width. It is 12' wide x 8' high.
Sandwich Boards (no fee)
We have four (4) deluxe plastic sandwich boards.
- They are 27" x 46" in size and offer space on each side for signage of 24" x 36."
- Each weighs 20 lbs. Tabs hold signs in place.
- There is no need for tape or screws.
Table Cloths and Runners (rental fee)
We have a limited number of tablecloth and runner sets for rent at $20 per set.
- Solid Purple sets include purple tablecloth 90" x 132" (for 8' table) with a purple and gold front panel featuring the LSU logo and full university name in gold (not pictured).
- White and Gold sets include a purple tablecloth with a white and gold runner featuring the LSU logo. The runner is 36” x 90"

Who is eligible?
LSU Faculty and Staff.
How do I get it?
All items borrowed from Communications and University Relations must be returned within three (3) days of being signed out. Any requests for exceptions to our policy must be made in writing by your department head and approved by ours.
Items borrowed must be returned in their current condition.
If an item is lost, stolen or damaged in your custody, your department will be charged to the PG account provided.
