Using iTiger to Report Address
U.S. Immigration rules require that all non-immigrants report their address in the United States. While most visa holders use USCIS Form AR-11, F-1 and J-1 students at LSU use their iTiger Portal to update their address. Your address information is then electronically transferred into the SEVIS database and thus reported to U.S. Immigration.
To comply with Immigration regulations, students must update their address within 10 days of any move, even if moving temporarily (e.g., for a summer vacation, internship, etc.).
New LSU students will first report their address through the SEVIS Check-in Form upon arrival to the U.S. After SEVIS records are activated, all address updates will be made using the information below.
Current and continuing students: access your iTiger Portal to add or update the address where you are living.

Updating your address in Workday
While not required from an Immigration perspective, students should also update their address with the university via their Workday Portal. Be advised that students with an on-campus job would need to update their contact information in the "employee" view in Workday. All other students would update their address under their "student" view in Workday.
