INSTRUCTIONS: To setup a discount code for an application fee waiver, the department must submit approval from the Department Chair and LSU Foundation with the Basic Gift number. The Foundation account to be used for the application fee waiver should have a scholarship function FN190 (please check with LSU Foundation). Once we have the approval, and active BG Number, the Graduate School can set up a discount code which the Department can distribute to applicants.
The Slate Administrator will also send the Department a set of instructions to provide to applicants detailing how to use the discount code. Please indicate below if there will be any restrictions so that we can set up the rules if needed.
