NOTICE: This form is planned to retire and move to PCR-360 in November, though the exact date is not set. In the meantime, the new process is currently live and instructions can be found below. PCR-360 also allows automatic recurring licenses as well as the standard one time manual request. Until this form retires, both TDX and PCR-360 are acceptable methods for requesting SPSS licenses.
What is it?
A request by a coordinator of a department to purchase and allocate SPSS licenses. Students and GA's cannot submit these requests, only faculty/staff.
Note that SPSS via Software Center is offered for free; there is no need to request a license if you are able to utilize Software Center. For more information, please see: Software Center: LSU Overview
